Sierra Clan ("we," "us," or "our") builds custom websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle phone numbers specifically for text messaging.
When you reach out to us, whether by phone, text, email, or our contact form, we collect basic contact details: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. If we build a mockup for your business before you've contacted us, we may have found your business name, phone number, and address through public sources like Google Business listings or your existing web presence.
We use your contact information to follow up about the website mockup we've built for you, answer your questions, and, if you'd like to move forward, deliver your finished website. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to this.
If you've given us verbal permission during a phone call to text you, we may send you a small number of text messages related to your website mockup, generally an initial message with a preview link and, if we haven't heard back, no more than one or two follow up messages.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it to the people at Sierra Clan who need it to do their work.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information from our records, at any time by emailing us at info@sierraclan.com or calling 830.307.1192.
